IN 2006 PRIMPEX LAUNCHED A NEW LINE OF STOCKING AND PACKAGING of loose product.

THE STOCKING SYSTEM IS BASED ON 5 SILOS with a capacity of 1250 tons. The unloading of the loose polymers is by our own plant. Granules, flowing out of the spout of the container liner, are securely conveyed by a high capacity pressure type pneumatic conveying system, operated by blower and rotary valve, into the relevant silos.

FOR THIS REASON WE ARE ABLE TO UNLOAD also simple containers which don't have an appropriate motor.

OUR PACKAGING LINE HAS A CAPACITY OF APPROXIMATELY 600 TONS PER DAY and is able to package the loose product in the following methods:

• Loose product in bulk
• Bags of 25kg each placed on wooden pallets and wrapped with film stretch of first quality.
• Big bags on pallets.

ONCE PACKAGED THE MATERIAL ON PALLETS, Primpex offers a public or personalized stocking at competitive costs and flexibile spaces, in the way to guarantee an optimization of the service for its customers.
